Hello old friends, new followers and fellow bloggers-

Today is the day that the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it. 

That being said, after my little break (less than 3 hrs- totally wasn’t God’s will)- I  decided that I was going to take control of my life. I was going to speak to the inner blogger, dreamer, and believer in me and command myself to rise to the occasion.  We have the power to speak hope into our hopeless situations, the power to speak life into our dead dreams, the power to speak greatness into what we think is small.  I believe in a God that gives us the power to triumph, to be better.  He is our hope of glory, He is our present help, He is our all in all. 

Yesterday when I went through my go through, I had to remind myself of the God I pledged my life to.  I had to rethink on His goodness, His mercy, and His grace.  I woke up with a new frame of mind, I put my enemy on blast and I decided that I was going to take control of my life.  I will no longer put my dreams on the back burner, I would no longer say I can’t do something because of my present circumstance, I was no longer going to count myself out- look I’m more than a conqueror through Him who loves me.

 So today, because there is no better time than the present, I encourage you to take control of your life.  Dream and fulfill your dreams.  Believe and see what you are believing in.  Command yourself to rise to the occasion.  You can make it and you’re going to win.  Take back your life and be all that God has commanded for you to be.  Be great!  Love freely! Live with abandon! 

We will no longer allow others opinions to control us.  We will no longer kill ourselves with our words and doubt.  We will no longer be our worst critic, paralyzing our ability to move forward.  We will live our lives and be happy.

Tell yourself today, “Today, I’m going to be happy!” I dare you!  I dare you to put a smile on your face and tell your family and friends, heck even your enemies – “Today, I’m going to be happy!  No matter what.”  Yes, I may not have any money in the bank and yes my wife/husband may be acting a fool- but I shall be happy, no matter what. 

Sometimes you have to speak to your situation and take control of how you live your life.

Listen here, don’t wait for someone’s approval to be happy.  Don’t wait for someone to give you permission to live a life that is peaceful and pleasing to God.  Don’t wait for anyone else- you do what you have to do, to take control and live free!  You can do this!  I know you can, because I know that I can- I believe in myself and I believe in you!

We’re not taking the backseat to our lives anymore, we’re going to sit in the passenger seat and let God drive!!!!!!

I hope you guys have an amazing, joyous, fun-filled day. May you realize that you are loved by the Creator and He has your best interests at heart.  He loves you and I love you too!  You guys are my family and therefore we overcome together- just like family should!
